- Name each of your projects and list them
- For projects management convenience, Binnacle Book separates active ones from others

*** Keep records of your projects or surveyed sites
- For each of your projects, create follow-up records and add photographs and notes to them

*** Show partial and final outcomes of your projects
- For each of your projects, you can show its partial results right from your iPad, or you can ask Binnacle Book to generate a clean report in PDF format and send it by email to your customer or patient

- If you want, you can assign a code to each of your projects. That code will be used to name the PDF file
- If you want, you can associate a customer (with its name, company and email) to your project. Just pick it from your contacts list or write it down
- Binnacle Book will remember your customers data, so that next time, you can pick it from Binnacle Books data base
- Binnacle Book is delivered with preset default values. You can change many of them to make Binnacle Book suit your needs
- When generating a PDF report, you can choose which records, photographs and notes must be included in it
- Preview the generated PDF report before sending it by email
